Our dedicated transaction services and project finance team has a wealth of experience and flexibility in providing the following types of financing:
- All renewable energy project financing, particularly Irish onshore wind farm project finance transactions
- Liaises with film scheme promoters and intermediaries and provides funding to individual investors who wish to fund part of a film investment by way of a loan under the section 481 scheme
- Liaises with Nursing Home and Primary Care Centre Promoters nationwide in relation to funding new build & extension projects.
Bank of Ireland Business Banking comprises a network of 220 relationship managers and 390 branch managers/financial advisors who are committed to supporting the SME sector in Ireland. This team provides transaction services to Business Banking network in the form of deal structure, financial analysis, credit support and guidance, market related information and lending to specific sectors including;

- Section 481 Film Finance
- Nursing Homes
- Primary Care Centres
- Pharmacies / Retail convenience
- Business Banking cashflow lends
