How the Enterprise Builder process works

Enterprise Builder will be available to businesses as follows:

Enterprise Builder networks
Businesses can attend Enterprise Builder workshops that will be held throughout the country where they will have an opportunity to meet with industry experts on a one-to-one basis.

Enterprise Builder consultations
Eligible businesses* can avail of an exclusive consultation with an Enterprise Builder mentor. An expert mentor, with the most appropriate match of experience to the business, will be appointed to arrange a 2-3 hour on-site visit with key stakeholders to identify challenges and opportunities. Customers will be provided with a summary report with insightful suggestions on ways to improve the business.
