The Leveraged Finance provides funding for MBOs, acquisitions, share buy backs and other related transactions. Typical funding packages range from €1m to €20m, and are generally a mix of several banking products, e.g.senior debt, junior debt, asset finance, FX facilities etc.
In each proposed transaction, we work very closely with the management team and its advisors to ensure that an appropriate funding structure is put in place. This ensures that not only is the transaction adequately funded, but that the company's working capital and development needs into the future are adequately addressed.
