Credit Review Office
In the December 2009 budget, the Minister for Finance announced the setting up of a Credit Review Agency under NAMA legislation. This agency will provide a review process for Small and Medium Enterprises (SME), including Sole Traders and Farmers who have requests for credit refused or reduced. The Agency comes into effect from early April 2010.
