Business On Line Status

Currently there is a high volume of  Digital Certificate Requests on Business On Line, as a result customers may be experiencing a delay in their  the return of their Digital Certificate.

Also please note that Business on Line (BOL) will be unavailable between 07:00 am Sat 4th May and 19:00 pm Sunday 5th May, this is to facilitate the merging of the BOI Branch Talbot St (900711) with BOI Branch O'Connell St  (900033).

The following changes will take place for customers affected by the merging of these branches:

  • Customer will not be able to view any historic International payments using the old NSC that where processed using BOL sneakernet screen (3 screens) and STP screen (single screen.
  • If a customer makes a domestic 3rd party payments to the old NSC, the BOL system will not recognise this and will treat the payment as if it is being sent to a non BOI NSC, the payment will not be made until the value date + 1 working day.  Please ensure that you update your beneficiary details
  • BOL Import – please ensure that you update the data lines and the contra details in your EFT files that are uploaded onto the BOL system to reflect your update NSC

There is a branch merger taking place on 14th June 2013 between BOI Branch Rathfriland (902362) and BOI Branch Banbridge (900770). Due to this some customers may experience a slight delay with balances and transactions updating on Business On Line.
