Choose who you want to see at this year’s Taste of Dublin Festival
Thanks to everyone who entered this year’s Taste of Dublin competition. The judges had the tough task of narrowing down over 100 entries to the shortlist of just 10 businesses.
These shortlisted businesses are in with a chance of winning ONE OF FOUR stands which we are giving away at this year’s Taste of Dublin. Valued at €2,500, this prize will allow the winning businesses to promote their products at the event and showcase their brand alongside some of the best in the food and drink industry.
The FOUR overall winners will be revealed on Thursday 11th May. Vote now to choose which businesses you want to see at this year’s Taste of Dublin.

Nutrilicious Food Co are a husband and wife duo passionate about cooking nourishing food. We started this crazy journey in April of last year and are currently working on a new range of vegan hotpots clean treats and desserts for retail. We lovingly prepare and cook nutritious, convenient and delicious meals with locally sourced, seasonal wholefoods, free of preservatives and additives.

Clotilde’s Fruit Compote Ltd
Clotilde’s Fruit Compote Ltd was established in 2011 and is located in Glanworth, Co.Cork. The company was set up by mother of three, Clotilde Fitzgibbon. Clotilde was reared on a tillage farm in Northern France surrounded with an apple orchard. The compotes that Clotilde makes are a blend of apples and another fruit, such as strawberries, raspberries, pears, blackberries, lemon, orange, mango and pineapple. They are made with 100% fruit as there is no added sugar, no additives or preservatives.
By using unique freezing techniques inspired by South East Asian techniques along with premium ingredients we create a dessert in it’s freshest form, of the highest quality straight off the plate. Our ice cream has a uniquely creamy texture and delicate flavour, leading to what we believed is the most unique and best tasting ice cream in Ireland. The Public are constantly enthralled with the quality of our ice cream, the theatre of each creation, and the level of customization and work that goes into each product.
CABOTS of Westport
CABOTS Westport began selling at Westport Country Markets in 2010. Local shops wanted our foods and it all grew from there. Now we sell in sixteen counties, employ five and make everything ourselves.
