Update your Business Account Mandate

Your mandate lists the people who can operate your business account and the signing instructions that apply.

If you have up to 4 signatories, 6 accounts and have basic signing arrangements, you can request a change online using our digital form.


 

If you wish to have more than 4 signatories, the mandate applies to more than 6 accounts, or you have complex signing arrangements, then please follow the steps below.

1) Please download, print and complete the applicable mandate form, depending on your business entity type.

2) Bring your completed mandate and your ID into your local branch. Alternatively, arrange a meeting with your business advisor or relationship manager.

3) We’ll complete a series of checks, and let you know once your new mandate is in place.
