May Day 2018
Tuesday May 1st 2018, is a bank holiday in many EU countries, but not in Ireland. This means that the official European Euro settlement mechanisms are closed on this day.
Tuesday May 1st is a normal working day in Ireland (the bank holiday instead falling on the following Monday, May 7th).

Keycode Set Up
In order to get started with KeyCode all you will need to do to is login to Business On Line, as Administrator and follow the onscreen self service webpage instructions. For further support, visit our KeyCode Support page.
There is no requirement to contact the Business On Line helpdesk, unless you require Administrator password reset.
Automatic date and time settings should be in use on your Key Code device to prevent it going out of sync with Business On Line.
Java Upgrade/ KeyCode Activation
The latest Java upgrade was released on Tuesday, 17th of April 2018.
Note: no action required for customers using KeyCode already.
- Customers not using Business On Line bulk payments should activate KeyCode as soon as possible to avoid any further Java upgrades.
- Customers using Business On Line bulk payments (and not already on KeyCode) should upgrade as normal.
We advise customers to be especially vigilant about unsolicited or unexpected e-mails purporting to be from Business On Line which request that you click on links or attachments. Please be aware that Bank Of Ireland does not send unsolicited e-mails which ask you to open links or attachments. We will also never ask for account information or security questions by email.
