Intermittent issue for Customers updating their iPhone to iOS version 14.2
We are aware that some customers are encountering issues when trying to open and use the KeyCode App shortly after updating their iPhone to iOS version 14.2. Technical teams are currently working to identify and resolve this issue.
In the meantime, if you are a Business On Line User experiencing this issue please follow the below steps:
- Delete the KeyCode App from your device and reinstall it from the App Store.
- Contact your Business On Line Administrator to link your new App to your existing User profile.
If you are an Administrator experiencing this issue please contact our Helpdesk using the details below and one of our Agents will help resolve the issue.
We apologise for any inconvenience this issue may cause.
Remember: Bank of Ireland will never ask you to share a password generated by your Keycode App.
