If you are a Limited Company, Partnership or Sole Trader with up to 4 signatories, 6 accounts and have basic signing arrangements, you can use our digital form.
If you are an Unincorporated Organisation, you wish to have more than 4 signatories, wish to apply the change to 7+ accounts, or you have complex signing arrangements, then please follow the steps below.
1) Please download, print and complete the applicable mandate form, depending on your business entity type.
2) Bring your completed mandate and your ID into your local branch. Alternatively, arrange a meeting with your business advisor or relationship manager.

3) We’ll complete a series of checks, and let you know once your new mandate is in place.
