Starting a new business is a big step, but maintaining it is an even greater one. At Bank of Ireland, our business start-up account will give you everything you need to start, run and grow your business.

If your business is a sole trader entity you can now apply online for a business start-up current account.

For Limited company, Partnership and all other types of business current accounts you will need to arrange a meeting with one of our business advisors.

  • Business Current Account
    Excluding those listed as part of the Business Start Up Package offer all other fees and charges will apply to your account at standard rates including non-euro Visa Debit (ATM) and Visa Debit (point of sale) transactions undertaken in countries outside the EU, Iceland, Liechtenstein or Norway.

    Standard fees and charges, as outlined in the Schedule of Fees and Charges for Business Customers, will apply at the end of the one year period.
  • Business On Line
    One year free monthly subscription to Business On Line offer does not apply to existing Business On Line customers, multi-companies (company is within a group of companies) or Service Level 3 customers. Business On Line transaction fees and charges will apply. Standard Business On Line subscription charges will apply at the end of the one year period as outlined in the Business On Line brochure (as may be amended from time to time):
  • Business Credit Card

    An annual fee of €31 will apply to the Business Credit Card after the first year. This offer does not apply to Gold Business Credit Cards. Government duty of €30 per annum per card applies. Lending criteria, terms and conditions apply.
