It’s now quicker than ever to update details for your Business On Line profile. You can access the Change of Administrator Form below or find out how to make amendments such as adding an account to your Business On Line profile below.

Update your Business On Line details

It’s now quicker than ever to update your details.

  • Make changes to your Administrator details

    You can now request the following Administrator changes online through a digital request.

    • Change the Administrator(s) of your Business On Line profile.
    • Change the primary Administrator mobile number.
    • Step 1

      Complete our online form to update your Administrator details.

    • Step 2

      If everything is in order the Account Holder(s) will receive a DocuSign by email to approve the request.

    • Step 3

      Once confirmed, any new Administrator(s) will receive a DocuSign via email to provide further details.

    • Step 4

      Once processed, we’ll confirm this by email. New Administrator(s) will need to call the BOL Helpdesk to activate.

    Important Information

    • To complete the online form you will need your Business On Line profile ID & contact details for any new Administrator(s) and the authorising Account Holder(s).
    • The Account Holder(s) must be listed on the Business Account Mandate and, where applicable, the Companies Registration Office (CRO) or your request will be rejected. To make a change to your mandate please contact your branch or relationship manager before completing this form.
    • The Account Holders(s) need to confirm their identity in the DocuSign they receive.
    • If there are no new Administrator(s) step 3 above does not apply.

     

  • Make changes to your Business On Line profile
    • Step 1

      Logon to Business On Line as Administrator(s)

    • Step 2

      Click ‘Service Centre Menu’ followed by ‘Update Your Details’

    • Step 3

      Complete request and submit

    • Step 4

      Our team will review your request and keep you updated by email.

    Important Information

    If you can’t log on – please contact the BOL helpdesk for help.

    You can make the following amendments using this form:

    • Add accounts to, or remove accounts from your Business On Line profile – accounts will need to be in the name of your business – these must be in the name of your Company. If you have a multi-company profile and need to add another company, please email electronic.banking@boi.com for the correct form.
    • Add Business Credit Cards to, or remove from your Business On Line profile – cards will need to be in the name of your business.
    • Change your nominated Business On Line billing account – the account you nominate must be in the same name as the entities registered on this profile.
    • Update your contact details – the address you provide must match the details we hold for one of your accounts. Please contact your branch or relationship manager if you are yet to update this, before completing this form.
    • Close your Business On Line Profile
