To make changes to your Business On Line profile, please complete the appropriate section(s) of our General Amendment form.
- Add or remove accounts from your Business On Line profile – Section 2
- Change your nominated Business On Line billing account – Section 3
- Update your contact details – Section 4
Please note: This form cannot be used to update the address on your business accounts – to do this please contact your branch or relationship manager.
You can type your information into the interactive fields, but please note that a wet ink signature is required in Section 5 and digital signatures will not be accepted.
Once complete, please return a signed copy to us by post or fax using the details on page 2 of the form.
